You&#039;ve put your finger on several related problems that I battle everyday.  Perhaps the most challenging is that when we&#039;re in the client service business, we can start the day with a well-designed plan for accomplishing specific goals, only to discover that it quickly goes to hell in a hand basket because of unexpected requests from colleagues and clients.  Finding ways to manage that is my daily challenge. And, I suspect I&#039;m not the only one.
