This was definitely worth the wait!  In reading your post, I found myself wondering if we&#039;ve been fooling ourselves all along when we&#039;ve identified as &quot;best practices&quot; requirements that really are no more than minimum operating standards.  Appreciative Inquiry tends to lead us toward Next Practice, which can be far more challenging (and more rewarding) than those minimum standards.
